Do you offer in person coaching?
No. DEFYNE PERFORMANCE provides online only coaching and digital products.
Who are the programs for?
Our programs are designed for people who want structure and consistency. They support goals including fat loss, strength, muscle building, and general performance. Many programs can work for beginners through experienced lifters, depending on the plan and your starting point.
I am new to training. Which product should I start with?
Start with a program that matches your schedule and experience level. If you are unsure, use the site chat assistant or contact support with your goal, training experience, and how many days per week you can train.
Can I use the programs if I have an injury or limitation?
If you have an injury, medical condition, or limitation, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any program. If you are cleared to train, coaching may be the best option for exercise modifications and accountability. Always disclose relevant limitations during intake.
What results can I expect?
Results vary and depend on many factors including consistency, training history, nutrition, sleep, stress, and adherence. DEFYNE PERFORMANCE does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Programs and E Books
What is included in a workout program?
Programs typically include a weekly training structure, exercises, sets, reps, rest guidelines, progression guidance, and phase structure when applicable. Program specific inclusions are listed on the product page.
Do programs include exercise demonstrations?
If a program includes video demonstrations or links to tutorials, it will be stated on the product page. If you want form feedback and personalized adjustments, consider online coaching.
What format are your e books and digital products?
Most digital products are delivered as downloadable PDF files. You can save them to your device and print them for personal use if you prefer.
Can I edit the PDF files?
Most PDFs are not intended to be edited. Some products may be designed as printable planners or logs. If an item is editable, that will be clearly stated on the product page.
Can I share my purchase with someone else?

How do I place an order?

How do I receive my download?
After checkout, you will typically receive access on the order confirmation page and by email. If your store account is enabled, downloads may also be available in your account area. Delivery method depends on the product and checkout configuration.
I did not receive my download email. What should I do?

Can I access my downloads later?

How do coaching calls work?
If your plan includes calls, you will book through the scheduling link provided. Calls are delivered virtually.
How do I book my session?
After purchase, follow the booking instructions in your confirmation email or on the booking page linked from the site. If you cannot find the link, contact support.
What if I miss a scheduled call?
Missed sessions may be forfeited depending on the plan terms. If you need to reschedule, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests for scheduled sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
How does subscription billing work?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.
Can I pause my subscription?
If pause options are available, they will be stated on the plan page. If not listed, assume pause is not available.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the cancellation method available in your account area or follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email. If you cannot access your account, contact support.
What happens if my payment fails?

I cannot open a PDF. What should I do?

My download link is not working. What should I do?

I entered the wrong email at checkout. What should I do?
