How does the Online Coaching Subscription work?
The Online Coaching Subscription allows clients to book a 1-hour coaching call every Sunday, with bi-weekly payments. This subscription provides personalized guidance on workouts, nutrition, and goal tracking and is separate from other workout programs. 

What is included in the free 30-minute consultation for new clients?
The free 30-minute consultation is an introductory session designed to assess your fitness goals and determine the best coaching plan for your needs. It provides an opportunity for new clients to explore DeFyne Performance’s coaching services before committing to a subscription.

How do I schedule my coaching calls?
After subscribing, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your weekly calls. Coaching sessions are typically booked via our online scheduling system, which you can access from your confirmation email. 

Are DeFyne Performance programs downloadable?
Yes, all fitness programs and nutritional guides are available as downloadable PDF files that can be accessed from your phone or tablet, making it convenient to take them to the gym or use them on the go. 

Can I get a refund for any services or products?
No, all sales made through DeFyne Performance are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any purchases due to the digital nature of the products and the personalized nature of the coaching services.

What happens if I miss a coaching session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to do so, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods through our secure payment gateway. For subscription services, you will be billed automatically every two weeks.

What can I expect during a coaching call?
Each 1-hour session focuses on reviewing your progress, adjusting your fitness plan, and setting actionable goals. You will also receive nutritional advice and personalized feedback to help you stay on track.

Can I share my program or coaching materials with others?
No, all materials provided by DeFyne Performance are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited and violates our intellectual property rights.

Is it necessary to consult a doctor before starting a program?

Yes, we highly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutritional program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

How does DeFyne Performance ensure client confidentiality?
All information shared during coaching sessions or consultations is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

How long do I have access to the downloadable files?
Once purchased, the downloadable files are yours to keep and access indefinitely. However, we recommend downloading the files immediately upon purchase to ensure continuous access.

Are there any long-term commitments for the subscription?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, once a billing cycle begins, payments are non-refundable for that cycle. 

What kind of fitness programs does DeFyne Performance offer?
We offer a variety of programs focused on strength building, fat loss, athletic performance, and general wellness. These programs are structured and backed by evidence-based methodologies.

No, the fitness programs are structured and designed to be followed as outlined. However, if you need customization, we recommend subscribing to our one-on-one coaching service for personalized advice.

Do you offer group coaching sessions?

Currently, DeFyne Performance focuses on individualized coaching to provide personalized attention and support. We do not offer group coaching sessions at this time.

Can I purchase additional calls outside of the subscription?

How do I prepare for my coaching sessions?

Do the programs include nutrition plans?

Yes, many of our fitness programs include nutritional guidance to complement your workouts and support your overall health.

Can I book coaching calls outside of Sunday?
Our standard schedule allows for coaching calls on Sundays. However, in certain circumstances, alternative arrangements can be made based on availability. Please contact defyneperformance@gmail.com for further inquiries.

Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. While we offer structured and evidence-based plans, outcomes vary based on your personal dedication and lifestyle factors.

Subscriptions cannot be paused, but you can cancel at any time and resubscribe when you’re ready to continue.

Your payment method will be automatically charged every two weeks as part of the subscription plan. You will receive an email notification confirming each payment.

Can I try out a program before purchasing?
At this time, we do not offer trials for individual programs. However, new clients can take advantage of the free 30-minute consultation to learn more about our coaching services.

Do I need special equipment for the fitness programs?
Most of our programs can be adapted to the equipment you have available, but some may require access to basic gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands. Specific equipment requirements will be listed in the program details.

What happens if I don’t see results?
Results are not guaranteed as they depend on your effort, consistency, and lifestyle factors. If you’re struggling, we recommend booking additional coaching sessions to adjust your strategy and receive further guidance. 

Are there any hidden fees in the subscription service?
No, the price listed for the subscription is the full cost. There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless you choose to purchase additional services or products.

Is the free consultation available to existing clients?
The free 30-minute consultation is only available to new clients. Existing clients are encouraged to book regular coaching sessions through their subscription.

What is the duration of each fitness program?
Our fitness programs vary in length, with most lasting between 4 and 12 weeks. Each program is designed to provide progressive results over the specified time period.

How are the nutritional guides structured?
Our nutritional guides provide evidence-based advice on meal planning, portion control, and macronutrient distribution. They are designed to complement the fitness programs for optimal results.

Can I request a specific type of fitness program?

We do not offer custom fitness programs for individual purchase, but if you require a personalized plan, we recommend subscribing to our online coaching services.

What if I need help outside of the scheduled coaching calls?

Do I need to provide any personal information during the consultation?
Yes, to best tailor our services to your needs, we will ask you to provide basic information about your fitness history, goals, and any medical conditions that may affect your fitness routine. All shared information is kept confidential and handled according to our privacy policy.

What happens if my payment method fails?
If your payment method fails, you will be notified immediately. Services may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed. We recommend updating your payment method promptly to avoid disruptions in your subscription.

Do your fitness programs accommodate different fitness levels?
Yes, our fitness programs are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Each program offers modifications and progressions to suit your current fitness level and allow for continuous improvement.

Are there any age restrictions for your fitness programs or coaching?
We recommend our fitness programs and coaching services for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, we require parental or guardian consent and may adjust the program based on specific requirements.

How soon can I start after purchasing a program or subscribing to coaching?
Once you purchase a program or subscribe to coaching, you will receive immediate access to downloadable materials, and coaching sessions can be scheduled as soon as the subscription is confirmed. You can start as soon as you're ready.

What should I do if I don’t have access to a gym?
Many of our fitness programs can be adapted for at-home workouts. If you don’t have access to a gym, let us know, and we can recommend alternative exercises that use minimal equipment or body weight to achieve your goals.

What should I bring to each coaching session?
To get the most out of your coaching session, we recommend bringing any progress logs, workout notes, and specific questions or challenges you’ve encountered. Having this information on hand will help us tailor the session to your needs and ensure that you are progressing effectively.
